In-house maintenance and renovations
MSCO has its own five person renovation, maintenance, and cleaning team. Each person on the crew has been with MSCO for more than ten years.
That matters when a resident needs help. The work is handled by people who know the buildings, know the standards, and are accountable to the same local owner.

Our story
MSCO was founded by Feridon Shahbaznia, who built the original 12 units in La Crescenta with his own hands. That spirit never left the company.
Today, the renovation and maintenance crew carries on the same tradition: five people who have each been with MSCO for more than ten years, caring for these homes the way a builder cares for something he made himself.
The same is true of the operations and administrative team. These are long relationships, built on trust and kept by choice.
MSCO does not manage from a distance. The team renovates, maintains, answers the phone, and shows up. That is how the company was built in 1978, and it is how it runs today.
