Our story

Built on Craft. Kept by People.

MSCO was founded by Feridon Shahbaznia, who built the original 12 units in La Crescenta with his own hands. That spirit never left the company.

Today, the renovation and maintenance crew carries on the same tradition: five people who have each been with MSCO for more than ten years, caring for these homes the way a builder cares for something he made himself.

The same is true of the operations and administrative team. These are long relationships, built on trust and kept by choice.

MSCO does not manage from a distance. The team renovates, maintains, answers the phone, and shows up. That is how the company was built in 1978, and it is how it runs today.
